Will my parent/guardian find out I am receiving these services?

Receiving care at TitanMED for any service, including our sexual health and reproductive services, is always confidential per HIPAA regulations. Consent can be revoked at any time; contact us for more info.

Which off-campus clinics does TitanHEALTH offer referrals to?

Where can I use Family PACT?

Family PACT  is a California statewide program with several health centers in-network. TitanMED staff assist with verifying eligibility and enrollment. Once enrolled, you can use this coverage to access reproductive health services at TitanHEALTH or off campus at participating clinics.

Does Family PACT function as insurance?

No, it does not. You must apply and meet set criteria to qualify for Family PACT. If approved, it will cover family planning and related  reproductive health servicesOpens in new window   . It does not cover pregnancy care or abortion services.

If I already have a primary care physician outside of TitanHEALTH, can I still receive services and a prescription for birth control?

Yes, you can still receive services with us. To use our pharmacy or get a new prescription, you must first see one of our medical providers.

Can I bring my own outside birth control prescription and get it filled at the TitanHEALTH Pharmacy?

No, our pharmacy only fills medication prescribed by our TitanMED providers.

If I got a LARC inserted outside of TitanHEALTH, can I still get it removed at TitanHEALTH?

Call (657) 278-2800 to schedule an appointment with a provider to medically assess next steps for a removal.

What types of abortion services are there and what are the differences?

Two abortion services are  medical abortion  and  procedural abortion  (surgical). TitanHEALTH only offers medical abortion.

Why is TitanHEALTH offering medical abortion services?

Effective January 1, 2023, per  Senate Bill 24  (also known as the College Student Right to Access Act), abortion by medication (MAB) must be offered at each publicly funded university health center in California.

I took a test and I am pregnant. What are my options?

I am interested in an abortion but my pregnancy is further along than 10 weeks, what services can TitanHEALTH offer me?

TitanHEALTH does not offer medication abortion to students who are more than 10 weeks along in their pregnancy. We refer out to community resources for abortion services for pregnancies further than 10 weeks along and can make a referral to a counselor at CAPS.

Where can I get an abortion in or near Fullerton?

Who can support me before, during, or after my medication abortion at TitanHEALTH?

Nursing staff provides support during your initial pregnancy test appointment. Once a positive test is determined, a provider will provide a pregnancy options consultation. A nurse case manager provides follow up two weeks after your medical abortion. We will also offer a referral to a CAPS counselor.
